Mavericks acquire No. 56 overall pick Vsevolod Ishchenko from Lakers
During Wednesday's Round 2 of the 2026 NBA Draft, the Mavericks make a move for Russian guard Vsevolod Ishchenko.
As the Mavericks begin to rebuild their roster under Masai Ujiri’s leadership, they made a swap in the Second Round of the 2026 NBA Draft, acquiring Russian guard Vsevolod Ishchenko in a deal with the Lakers, who had earlier scored a pick via Chicago.
